Come join us for a very fun experiential anatomy class. We will learn all the major muscles of the body using visual, auditory, and kinesthetic modes of learning. We will make muscles out of clay and place them in layers on a skeleton model. As we learn the muscles we will palpate the muscles on ourselves and each other. You will learn ways to stretch each muscle, including PNF and facilitated stretches. This way of learning helps you to embody the anatomy as you get much more of a hands-on sense of the muscles, where they are, and their actions.
