Learn quick effective ways to help clients with chronic pain while using proper body mechanics to ease the strain on your own body. You will learn specialized techniques to treat sciatic pain, low back pain, whiplash, thoracic outlet syndrome, slipped bicipital tendon, headaches, menstrual cramps, psoas tightness, leg length imbalances, etc. There will be instruction in body reading, PNF stretching, and stretches and joint articulation. A workbook will be provided to help you remember techniques, and a DVD will be available for purchase.
