Sports Massage - DVD and Workbook ($10 Savings)

The DVD and workbook gives an overview of sports massage techniques including PNF Stretches, Reciprocal Inhibition, Trigger Point, Counterstrain, Injury Evaluation and Treatment, Use of Ice and Heat, Cross Fiber Work, Treatment of Specific Sports Injuries, Pre-Event Massage, and Post-Event Massage. The post event massage is shown at the finish line of the 100 mile Western States Endurance Run.
